Christopher Snelling
Head of UK Policy, FTA
Christopher Snelling is responsible for all domestic policy issues affecting freight in the UK, and leads on and lead on FTA’s public affairs work. Since joining FTA 12 years ago he has worked as the lead on urban logistics, rail freight and on international freight.
He started his career as a researcher for an MP before working as a public affairs consultant with a range of transport, industrial and environmental organisations covering policy areas such as recycling, waste, aviation, rail, buses and cars as well as freight.
