This category is open to any public and passenger services operator, including bus and coach, infrastructure maintenance companies, utilities and highways authorities, emergency services, local authorities, NHS Trusts and outsourced service providers.
- Most Innovative Company of the Year
Open to any operator, service company or supplier.
- Water Business of the Year
Open to all businesses involved in moving freight by inland, near shore and deep sea, including shipping lines, ports and service companies.
- Decarbonisation Champion of the Year
This award recognises outstanding performance from an organisation when it comes to decarbonising business, open to in-house energy and carbon leaders, managers and practitioners who are accelerating progress towards net-zero emissions.
- Logistics Technology Provider of the Year
This award recognises leading software and technology providers that ensure a safe, efficient supply chain.
- Van Business of the Year
This award recognises a van operator or van service provider that demonstrates outstanding performance in the areas of customer service and safety. To enter this category interested companies need to Enter our Van Awards (winners of each category of Van Awards will become finalists of Van Business of the Year category).
- Logistics Partner of the Year
This category is open to services businesses across the supply chain, including consultants, recruiters, and technology companies.
- Air Business of the Year
Open to all businesses involved in air freight, including airlines, airports and ground service companies.
- Diversity and Inclusion Champion of the Year
Open to any operator, service company or supplier, this award recognises commitment to diversity and inclusion via policies, programmes and practices within the business.
- Rail Business of the Year
Open to all businesses involved in moving freight by rail, including infrastructure managers, train operators, suppliers, wagon leasing companies, intermodal logistics providers and forwarders.
- People Champion of the Year
This award recognises a company spearheading workforce support and development and creating a high performing resilient team contributing to supply chain success.
- Last Mile Delivery Business of the Year
This award is open to any company demonstrating excellence and innovation in last mile delivery to businesses and consumers.
- Most Innovative Product of the Year
Open to any operator, service company or supplier.
- Rising Star of the Year (individual)
This award is open to managers or peers that wish to recognise someone they feel has created significant impact in the logistics industry, in the early stages of their career. They will have generated exceptional results, made an impact and be truly class leading, and have the potential to lead the industry into the next decade and beyond.
- Logistics Leader of the Year (Individual)
This award recognises a senior leader within a logistics business, who has gone above
and beyond to make a real difference within the company, its supply chain or the wider logistics sector.
- Road Transport Operator of the year
Open to all businesses operating road-based freight transport, including haulier companies, 3PL companies and owners of goods operating their own fleets.

To enter the category of your choice simply describe (in less than 600 words) how your business has demonstrated industry leadership and excellence in this area. That might relate to a specific initiative or project in employment and training, environment, customer care, technology, transformation, operational efficiency, innovation, safety or something completely different, working either independently or as part of a partnership. Whatever you choose, it will be something that has generated exceptional results, impact and is truly class leading.
For individual categories simply nominate someone you feel has created significant impact in the logistics industry, and describe (in less than 600 words) how they have achieved this. That might relate to a specific initiative or project or something completely different. Whoever you choose, they will have generated exceptional results, made an impact and be truly class leading, and have the potential to lead the industry into the next decade and beyond.
