Andy Neale has recently ‘semi-retired’ having sold his Driver Risk Management & Wellbeing business to RED Training and worked to integrate the two businesses for some 18 months.

Andy left school at just 16 and spent 10 years in the Police; the last 6 in the Traffic Division on the newly opened M25! He then began his 30+ year training career, firstly, in the L driver market before moving on to deliver ‘fleet’ driver driving, driving events and wellbeing training. He also created and implemented many ‘training programmes’ for hundreds of Companies of all sizes.

Drivers make mistakes due to ‘bad decisions’ and not due to poor driving skills and so Andy created a unique Driver Training style that works ‘with’ drivers to develop their decision-making ability and importantly, improves health & wellbeing across the areas of fatigue, hydration, nutrition and stress management thus reducing incidents and driving related costs.
