In this talk, transport solicitor Chris Powell, Partner at Weightmans LLP will be exploring some of the specific regulatory and personnel management challenges that can arise when the operator licensing regime is applied to complex public service logistics operations. Drawing upon his years of experience advising and representing public service operators at Traffic Commissioner Public Inquiries and Driver Conduct hearings, Chris will be examining these risks and looking at how they can be overcome.
