Time: 11am - 12pm
Venue: Online
In our last webinar, we explored a range of strategies that can be deployed to measure freight emissions, and illustrated what ‘carbon visibility’ looks like in the real world. During this webinar our experts will explore strategies for decarbonising freight transportations, and show the role that data, insights and effective reporting plays in achieving emission reductions.Freight transportation is a significant cause of CO2 emissions globally but the lack of policy measures aimed at reducing the logistics carbon footprint poses a challenge for transport companies looking to take climate action. Our expert panelists will discuss different measures aimed at reducing transport demand, identify efficiencies that can be implemented across different transport modes and consolidation, and explore new digital solutions for freight management. They will also explain how carbon removal technologies are paving the way for more sustainable supply chains.
