Logistics UK updated their Best Practice Guide in July 2021 for guidance on managing agency drivers. The guide covers:  

• Information on the 2020 amendments to the Agency Workers Regulation 2010.  

• Changes to the off pay role rules – IR35.  

• Choosing and agency and recruiting agency drivers.  

• Responsibilities for drivers’ hours and working time. 

• Example declaration and induction forms.
