HMRC bulletins

During the course of a year, HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) produce a series of Customs Information Papers (CIPs) which give information regarding changes to Customs’ policy and new procedures.

They cover broad subjects such as Tariff Preference, CHIEF, EORI numbers, information from the European Commission and the Common Transit procedure, to specific topics such as NCTS KEL upgrades.
