Jayaun, Future Talent Attraction Material Specialist – Kuehne+Nagel.

In my current role as the Future Talent Attraction Material Specialist, I create promotional posters, documents and presentation designs to attract potential employees to the business.

My role also involves the use of graphic design and innovation skills for improving existing material used within the business – this can be certificates, posters, etc. – as a means of revitalising the physical Kuehne+Nagel resources.

I attained my role through my T-Level Qualification for the ’work placement’ portion of my qualification. I am studying T-Level L3 Business and my college helped me to find the role, as I am looking to pursue a career in marketing.

The best thing about my role is gaining valuable professional and specialised skills alongside a supportive, collaborative workforce.

Seeing my certificate designs and presentation templates being utilised for appreciating existing employees and attracting new ones has been a career highlight to date.
