What do Logistics UK's Lifting Equipment Inspections and Thorough Examinations (LOLER) cover?

Lifting equipment inspections fall under the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations (PUWER) obligations and the Lifting Operation and Lifting Equipment Regulations (LOLER), which are governed by HSE.
