The Compliance Report 2025 launched at the first Transport Manager event of the year, in September 2025 outlining current compliance performance across the logistics sector. Split into sections, chapters cover operator licensing, tests and inspections, public inquiries, emissions, accidents and HGV drivers and vocational entitlement.

Drawing on data from the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency, Department for Transport, Department For Infrastructure, and Traffic Commissioners for Great Britain, the report also includes analysis from the quarterly Logistics Performance Tracker, a survey completed by members.
