Member factsheet: Recording of domestic hours using a tachograph

Each month we’ll be highlighting the vast array of compliance information produced at Logistics UK.

This month we are focusing on a factsheet relating to the recording of domestic hours using a tachograph.

Drivers of goods vehicles who operate under EU hours rules are legally required to use a tachograph to record these. Drivers who operate under GB domestic rules can also use the tachograph as a replacement for the ‘Driver’s Log Book’.

The factsheet explains the requirements when using the tachograph to record domestic hours and how you can integrate this into your operation.

We encourage you to take a moment each month to review the highlighted information.
