Set in a context of current and future skills priorities in AI and automation, the skills needed to achieve Net Zero and softer skills, such as leadership and customer service, it is imperative that the logistics sector finds effective ways to attract, recruit, retain and upskill talent to avoid operational disruptions. Addressing these skills shortages and gaps also key to maintaining cost efficiencies in an sector that already operates on tight margins.
