What workshops need to do to meet with today's O-Licence expectations and to prepare for the future

The session with provide delegates with an understanding of the issues Traffic Commissioners identify when operators are called to Public Inquiries and what operators can do to ensure that their maintenance provisions are suitable for their current fleet and the preparations they need to start making for technologically enhanced vehicles.

Enhanced technology and what you need to do to maintain it 

Delegates will hear an update of the technological developments OEMs are making to their vehicles, which opeartors need to be aware of so they can ensure that their workshops, or those of their third party providers, will have suitable provisions to to meet with the vehicle service/inspection/maintenance requirements.

This session will attempt to outline the benefits of maintenance audits, how they need to be planned and undertaken to add value and provide assurance.

To provide an understanding of the consequences should there be a serious incident in workshops, what managers will be expected to do and what the outcomes could be if litigation is considered necessary by a prosecution authority.
