This page is aimed at members looking to determine if their drivers are uploading within the recommended number of upload days. Level 1 The set starts at company level (level 1). Criteria: a temperature gauge to depict the percentage of all the company's drivers that have not uploaded their driver cards within the default 28 days from the date the report is run. The report uses the driver card import date [date card was actually uploaded]. This means that any driver who has not uploaded their driver card for 29 days or more is non-compliant and is shown as 'red'. Clicking on the temperature gauge above will take the user to the next level down in the set - driver upload compliance by area 1. Level 2 Criteria: this report shows multiple linear gauges with one gauge per 'area'. On the left hand side of each gauge the different areas are shown and next to them the number of drivers that fall under that area. The red measurement, as shown in the example above, shows the percentage of drivers that have not uploaded within the 28 days. The green measurement shows the percentage of drivers who have uploaded within the default 28-day compliance period. Order: the area with the highest percentage of drivers not uploaded is shown at the top with the rest shown in descending order. Drill down: click on an area's gauge to take the user to the next level down in the report set – driver upload compliance by area 2. Level 3 Criteria: as per level 2 Order: as per level 2 Drill down: click on an area's gauge to drill-down to the next level of the report set - driver upload compliance by area. Level 4 Criteria: 2D bar chart Each depot within the area is listed down the left side with average number of days since the last upload shown along the bottom of the chart. The washed green background marked at 28 days shows the cut-off point from a driver being either compliant or non-compliant. The upper bar against each depot – shown in red – represents the total number of drivers who have not uploaded within the 28-day compliance period. Within the red bar shows the number of drivers that are non-compliant. The lower bar against each depot – shown in green – represents the number of drivers who have uploaded within the 28 day compliance period. Within the green bar shows the number of drivers that are compliant. Order: the depot with the highest average number of upload days is shown at the top of the report (the least compliant) with each depot shown in descending order. Drill down 1: click on the red bar to go to driver upload non-compliant by depot report – level 5a. Drill down 2: click on the green bar to go to driver upload compliant by depot report – level 5b. Level 5a - non-compliant drivers Criteria: this report shows each depot's non-compliant driver’s name on the left hand-side with a Red bar against them that shows the last upload date within the bar itself and the scale along the bottom of the bar graph shows the number of days since last upload. Order: driver with the most number of days since last upload will be at the top and the driver with the least number of days since last upload at the bottom. Level 5b - Compliant drivers Criteria: this report shows each depot's compliant driver's name on the left-hand side with a green bar against them that shows the last upload date within the bar itself and the scale along the bottom of the bar graph shows the number of days since last upload. Order: driver with the least number of days since last upload will be at the top and the driver with the most number of days since last upload at the bottom.
