Digital tachograph hardware support process

If you encounter a problem with your digital tachograph downloading equipment then follow these steps:

  • call the Logistics UK support line on 08700 11 57 15 to report the problem
  • if your equipment is within its manufacturer warranty period, or is covered by a hardware support plan, Logistics UK will arrange for your equipment to be swapped out at no charge
  • if your equipment is outside its warranty period, in many cases you will need to purchase a replacement item. To order call Logistics UK's Shop on 03717 11 11 11
